CANCELLATION POLICY

LATE POLICY: I give a 10 minute grace period to all clients. If you are past the 10 minute late mark you will be marked as a No -Call / No - Show & will be charged FULL AMOUNT of services booked. CANCELLATION POLICY: I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you No-Call / No-Show then you will be charged FULL AMOUNT of services book. RESCHEDULING : If you need to reschedule your appointment you must do so 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you No-Call / No-Show then you will be charged FULL AMOUNT for your services booked. *starting prices vary based on how much hair you have & how much product will be used*
